Job Description

Receptionist

  • Answer phone, take and relay messages to relevant personnel and provide information to callers
  • Update of contact details and send to relevant personnel
  • Greeting of visitors
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Prepare correspondence and documents & receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Ensure the tidiness and maintain of the reception area of all times

Admin Assistant

  • Monitor, maintain, and order office equipment e.g. computer equipment, stationery, printing, brochures, water
  • Document filing
  • Organise and co-ordinate conference and meeting room bookings
  • Organize and co-ordinate for special occasions/events, and or buying drinks, snacks, etc.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support and perform other adhoc duties as assigned by administrative assistant.

Requirement

  • College graduate or equivalent
  • 1 year experience
  • Excellent English communication
  • Proficiency in Office applications

Other information

  • Work location: Phu My Hung Area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
  • Bonus: 13th month salary
