Dilinh Legal is looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
- Answer phone, take and relay messages to relevant personnel and provide information to callers
- Update of contact details and send to relevant personnel
- Greeting of visitors
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Prepare correspondence and documents & receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Ensure the tidiness and maintain of the reception area of all times
- Monitor, maintain, and order office equipment e.g. computer equipment, stationery, printing, brochures, water
- Document filing
- Organise and co-ordinate conference and meeting room bookings
- Organize and co-ordinate for special occasions/events, and or buying drinks, snacks, etc.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support and perform other adhoc duties as assigned by administrative assistant.
- College graduate or equivalent
- 1 year experience
- Excellent English communication
- Proficiency in Office applications
- Work location: Phu My Hung Area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
- Bonus: 13th month salary
