We are delighted to announce the publication of our third Vietnam Investment Guide, renamed the Doing Business in Vietnam Guide (DBV) this year.

Compared to our 2021 guide, we’ve made the following changes:

1. Shortened the guide from 99 to 71 pages;

2. Removed sections on business cooperation contracts, public-private partnerships, and transfer pricing and added merger control and foreign loan registration; and,

3. Updated content for changes in law or practice, if any.

The DBV draws upon our experience and expertise to present an overview of Vietnam’s legal environment for foreign investors.
