We are pleased to release the 2021 edition of our Vietnam Investment Guide (“VIG”).  This version incorporates recent updates to crucial legislation, particularly the Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment, and Labor Code.

The VIG draws upon our experience and expertise to provide an overview of Vietnam’s legal environment for foreign investors.  We strove to be terse as possible while maintaining utility.  We hope that our audience will find it helpful.
