Diep is the founding Partner of Dilinh Legal. Before Dilinh, Diep worked as a banking and finance associate at the Ho Chi Minh City office of a top international firm.

In addition to her banking and finance expertise, Diep has extensive experience in competition, corporate and M&A, labor, and dispute resolution matters.  Diep has acted as the primary external counsel in Vietnam for the Phu Hung Group for several years.
