Diep Hoang


Diep is the founding Partner of Dilinh Legal. Prior Dilinh Legal, Diep worked at MBJSM’s Ho Chi Minh City office as a banking and finance associate where she acted for various foreign banks in Vietnam. The clients she has advised include HSBC, ANZ, Sacombank, OCBC, China Trust and Taipei Fubon Bank.

In addition to her banking and finance expertise, Diep has extensive experience in corporate and M&A matters. She has advised numerous foreign investors on market entry, foreign investment approval and company establishment. She acts as the primary external council for Phu Hung Group. In addition, Diep has advised on many substantial M&A transactions involving leading corporations in a variety of industries, including Kang Yuan Industries’ acquisition of Metal Tech Vietnam, The Sang Media’s acquisitions of shares in FBNC JSC and Phu The Hung Company Ltd’s acquisition of Life Broadband Information JSC, New Life Company Limited and VTSG.
